Last night we spent our first night camping under the stars on Stansbury Island. It feels so surreal to finally be where we are right now- months and months of planning, thousands of miles behind us, the emotional task of leaving our home and most of our possessions, the vision, the risks, our hope for the future- everything is beginning to manifest in the physical world after so many nights of dreaming... It truly feels as though we are walking a great threshold where one chapter ends and the next begins. We are overwhelmed with gratitude! A new home and a new style of living where we can grow together as a family, live more simply, closer to nature, with freedom to move around as citizens of this big, beautiful planet. There is still a lot of work for us to do to make this dream a reality, but everyday we get a little bit closer. I remember the saying, "Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can." The seeds have been planted.

Vincent, good to hear from you my friend. Sorry for the late reply...we've been active to say the least. Glad to hear you and Angela are still in Suisse and enjoying life. I hope to visit there again one day. My wife has heard so much of my time there, but she must see it for herself ;) Stay in touch man!

I am actually dreaming of being able to do such activity as well someday. I would also like to go on a night camping because you see, I am really fond of star gazing. I would like to stare at those beautiful stars until the sun rises. I think I was already able to do it once before but the difference is I had some time limitations. But of course, if I will be given a chance right now, I would love to do it again with the people that I love. I do really hope so.
